		日高プログラム開会式 　 　日高では、多数の応募者から抽選で選ばれた道内ジュニアと初対面。開会式では日高町から太鼓演奏での歓迎もあり、3泊4日の共同生活は、最高の夏休みとなる予感がしました。 First day of the Hidaka Program 　 Overseas students were welcomed by junior high students of Hokkaido. They got excited to see Hidaka drummers playing to welcome them.

野外炊飯 　 　最初の活動は、グループごとに分かれての野外炊飯。ご飯を炊いたりバーベキューをしたり、みんなで力を合わせて食事の用意をするうちに、初対面の緊張もほぐれてきました。 Barbecue 　 While preparing barbecue together, young people of Hokkaido and from abroad became friends.
